First will be covered, Empire Trailways, which got its start as Western New York Motor Lines in 1924 and went out of business at the end of 1994, shortly after successor New York Trailways took over most of the line routes. Coach now loading for Batavia,Rochester,Avon,Geneseo,Mt.Morris,Dansville,

Wayland,Cohocton,Bath, Corning, and Elmira. Connections for Elmira on Capitol Trailways for Mansfield,Williamsport,Sunbury,Harrisburg,Baltimore and Washington.Connections for New York City via Shortline for

Waverly,Binghamton,Deposit,Roscoe,Liberty,Monticello,Middletown,

Paramus, and New York.

1.Buffalo-Batavia-Rochester-Syracuse (pool with Greyhound)
2.Rochester-Geneseo-Elmira
3.Syracuse-Cortland-Elmira
4.Syracuse-Corland-Binghamton(pool with Greyhound and in conjunction with Capitol Trailways to and from Harrisburg).
5.Rochester-Oswego-Watertown(weekends only, discontinued in 1994 when Empire Trailways ceased operations.).
